Her Projects mainly focus on product development for ready-to-eat meals and snacks.
She is also a trainer for WSQ Apply Food Safety Management Systems for Food Service Establishments.

Casey is the Managing Director of Khong Guan Biscuit Factory (S) Pte Ltd.
He has been a council member of SFMA for 7 years, and is currently the
Director of IT.
His oversees the adaptation and implementation of
information technology that would aid member organisations to further
improve productivity and efficiency.
